Position Title: Reporting Developer
Location: Atlanta, GA
Duration: 5 Months
Rate Range: $40-50's
Requirement Details:
This position will build and document historical Call Center Operational reports from transaction and summary level data in preparation for a reporting platform migration. And will also help work customer reporting submissions.
Requirements: · 1 - 2 years experience with ETL tools · 1 - 2 years of SQL query development for data presentation · 2 - 4 years of real world report design and creation · 2 - 4 years of report documentation · Must be strong team player · Strong analytical and customer service skills in working with users · Must be able to handle multiple tasks concurrently
Tools: · Oracle OBIEE -- required · Oracle SQL Developer, SQL Navigator, or Toad Education: · Computer Science or related degree desired. May substitute 5+ years related work experience. Additional Notes: ·
Call center business experience desired · Business Objects XI , Seibel BI, Crystal XI, Hyperion BI, or Tomcat experience a plus
