• 8 years experience in IT Operations, including a solid understanding of incident/problem management, change/release management, capacity/availability management, security management.
• 6 years experience as an Oracle database or Oracle E-Business Suite database administrator, with a minimum of 4 to 6 years experience managing production Oracle E-Business Suite environments.
• 2+ years as an relevant Architect experience
• Ability to do capacity Planning and Sizing of E Business environments
• Recommending and Setting up complex environments with Mutli Node, SSL, Load Balancing
• Setting up Single Sign On, Integrating OID with 10gAS
• Instance Planning
• Ability to recommend and architecture entire EBS landscape
• Knowledge on hardware, storage is a plus
• Hands-on experience with all 11i/R12 Application DBA tasks, including software installations, patching, upgrades, cloning, and backup. Familiarity with all AD utilities, printer configuration, application administration (concurrent managers, workflow, GSM services). Strong skills in troubleshooting, applications and database tuning, capacity planning and the ability to proactively manage and environment are a must. Experience with advanced configurations and modules, including hardware load balancing, external-facing modules, Payroll, Configurator, Advanced Supply Chain, RAC, shared storage (ASM, OCFS, Veritas) etc.
• Experience with one or more of the following disaster recovery and backup solutions: Oracle RMAN, Oracle Data Guard, Tivoli, NetApp SnapMirror, EMC MirrorView/SRDF, block-level replication.
• Experience with the following Oracle Fusion Middleware applications are a plus: Discoverer, Hyperion, OBIEE, Demantra, Oracle Portal, Oracle Fusion Middleware and Oracle Identity Management
• Experience with 3rd party tools is a plus: Vertex, Evergreen, Optio, Markview, Clear Orbit, Noetix, HP LoadRunner, HP Sitescope, HP Quality Center, Quest Toad, Quest Foglight
• Experience with data Masking, subsetting & archive/purge solutions Solid knowledge of and experience with database security (Database Vault, ASO & Data Masking Pack etc) and its related issues, challenges, and best practice.
• Developer skills, including strong PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, and/or Oracle Forms are a plus.
• Must have a good understanding of change management procedures and experience using change management tools (i.e. Kintana/ITG, ClearCase, Stat). ITIL experience and knowledge is a plus.
• Must have proven project management skills, as well as the ability to establish relationships and manage conflicts, analyze information, communicate, listen, and negotiate. The individual must have both strong written and verbal communication skills, and writing samples will be requested.

. Good understanding of Customer Order Management / Order To Cash flow end to end and can configure different sales documents, copy control, item categories, schedule line categories, PGI based billing, sales order based billing
. SAP SD Subject Matter Expert with expertise working with Revenue Recognition, Deferred revenue account, Variances Reporting, Billing, RR inventory Accounting and automatic PO creation process from sales order
. Experience in EDI interface for Sales documents
. Experience in portal will be added advantage
. Experience in Pricing Procedures, Schema and Condition exclusion in SD pricing.
. Strong knowledge of variant configuration tables, pricing, classification, configuration profiles, BOM's, object dependencies, SD Interdependencies and IDOC/ALE interfaces
. Creation of characteristic, class, configuration profile, Super BOM and Super Task list, object dependencies, Configurable material, and material variants
. Experience in Integrating SD with FI & MM Modules
• Ability to gather business requirements and design an SAP support solution
• Understanding of SAP lifecycle development
• Experience with moderately complex SAP solutions with considerable customization beneficial
• Hands-on experience with all aspects of application testing: unit, QA, integration, and performance.
• Ability to draft and execute test plans, and properly validate results.
• Ability to interact well with (and support) business users of the system
• Follow established processes, policies, and procedures for designing, developing, and implementing system solutions.
• Ability to effectively communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization
• Strong interpersonal and written skills
