40% Take stock of the environment and:
- Identify gaps, if any, in monitoring
- Load Balanced URL web applications
- IIS Security and performance tuning
- MOSS services
- Storage
- SharePoint Applications
- Address and correct any gaps found in the montoring of the environment as listed above.
- Document configurations of the environments (Intra/extra)
- Develop, document and implement processes necessary for the running and maintenance of the environment.

- Troubleshooting service errors across all services including but not limited to Windows SharePoint Services Search, Office SharePoint Server Search, OWSTIMER, w3wp.exe, Document Conversion / Launcher, Excel Services, InfoPath Forms Services, Business Data Catalog

- Deploy and troubleshoot both custom and third party solutions like webparts or monitoring applications
- Create, document and deploy Enterprise level templates like Astellas Team Site.
Specialized/Practical Knowledge:
· 4+ Years SharePoint 2007 Support and Maintenance
· 3+ Years SQL
· 2+ Years Active Directory
· Load Balanced URL web applications
· IIS Security and performance tuning
· MOSS services
· Troubleshooting service errors across all services including but not limited to Windows SharePoint Services Search, Office SharePoint Server Search, OWSTIMER, w3wp.exe, Document Conversion / Launcher, Excel Services, InfoPath Forms Services, Business Data Catalog
· Deploy and troubleshoot both custom and third party solution deployments for large farms with multiple web front ends.
· Forms Based Authentication
· SharePoint Application Management
· Alternate Access Mapping
· IIS 6.0+ configuration and Performance Tuning
· Certificate Management and deployment
· Authentication Providers
· SharePoint Operations
· Farm Topologies and their appropriate use
· Service distribution and tuning for performance
· Extensive understanding of STSADM command, PowerShell scripting and other common toolsets.
· Shared Service Provider
· Search (Crawls, Scopes, exclusion, 3rd party Ifilters, etc.)
· User Profiles (Multiple domain processing and customization)
· BDC
· Excel Services
· Ability to quickly build out a SharePoint Farm.
· Problem Identification and Resolution in Large Farm environments.
· Ability to deploy and effectively manage 3rd Party and Custom Solutions.

· Collaborated offshore and onshore technical resources
· Create and maintain detailed documentation on infrastructure requirements, standard operating procedures (SOP's), and best practices Interfrace with Cxx levels of organization on down to staff
