• 5 years of Information Technology experience 
• 3 years experience with full life cycle application development and design in a professional environment 
• 3 years experience with Microsoft technologies to include SharePoint Portal Server 2003-2007, Visual Studio.Net, SQL Server 2000/2005 and Windows Server 2003 
• Experience with Custom SharePoint Branding 
• Experience with custom SharePoint development 
• 3 years experience with ASP.NET, Microsoft Active Directory support, Exchange Server 2003, Dell server hardware configuration and support 
• 2+ years experience in SQL Server and understanding of relational databases 
• 2+ years experience in SharePoint server administration 

Outstanding software debugging skills; 
Experience with any of the following helpful: XML / XSLT, Web Services, JavaScript, VBScript, HTML, DHTML 
• NetApp Filer Support and iSCSI support is a PLUS 
• Excellent oral and written communication
