1. Install, configure, and support multi-tiered systems in support of a Vignette 7 Web Content Management system in a Linux/Oracle environment.
2. Tune and customize system for best performance.
3. Support high availability load balanced environments and clustering software.
4. Support load testing efforts and provide feedback on performance improvement and implement improvements when appropriate.
5. Troubleshoot, correct, and report Vignette system and application problems.
6. Provide tier 3 support for problem resolution and root cause analysis.
7. Provide 24/7 support in an on-call rotation.
8. Train service desk, operations and project teams to support Vignette 7 issues and maintenance duties.
9. Perform other duties as needed, and as directed by supervisor.

Required / Desired Skills
- Systems Admin experience in Red Hat Enterprise Linux and/or Solaris Required 5 Years
- Experience with Apache http servers and Java application servers Required 3 Years
- Experience with Perl and/or other scripting languages Required 3 Years
- Experience with Vignette 7 Web Content Management & Portal Highly desired
- Sun entry-level, Midrange and X64 Systems (Equip) Required
- Red Hat Certified Engineer certification Desired
- ITIL Foundation Certification Desired
