Description:
The Business Analyst (BA) provides the technical, operations, and business expertise to effectively integrate the Healthcare solution into the client's environment.
Responsibilities include:
• 8-10years Business Analyst Experience.
• Marketing or sales experience is must.
• The BA works with the client to establish formal solution requirements, translated those requirements into installation specifications for the CLIENT Implementation team and supports the establishment of test scripts used by CLIENT and the customer to validate the defined requirements.
• The BA supports the implementation team (both CLIENT and client) and provides recommendations and options for operating the solution successfully within the customer's specific environment. The business analyst must represent the "voice" of the customer at each step in the development lifecycle and managing customer feedback to identify areas for product improvement and work internally with the Sales Team when areas for product improvement represent billable change requests.
• Maintain compliance with project specific standards, processes and tools for Requirements Definition and Management. * Assist in the management of Requirements Change Control Processes.
• Work closely with the Development team to insure the effectiveness and quality of the components and systems developed
• Proactively communicate with design and developer work efforts to ensure understanding and adherence with customer requirements *College experience preferred
