Responsibilities include:
- Senior Application Support Analyst (IT) with ASP.NET development, MS SQL development, IIS support and experience with Blue Cube Wave 6.2 application deployed to point-of-sale workstations in retail stores of a major telecomm carrier.
- Responsible for proactively supporting and implementing technical tasks arising from business requests, performance issues, internal audits, system monitoring and infrastructure change projects. Participate in the 24/7 on-call rotation.
- Ideal candidate has strong IIS and SQL Server technical skills, Telecomm Wireless functional experience, good client and vendor interaction and customer communication skills. Willingness to work in team environment.
- * 2 years of experience as a developer, QA tester, system administrator or hosting engineer for Blue Cube Wave 6.2 point-of-sale application with a significant number of retail stores.
- * 2+ years of both development and troubleshooting experience with T-SQL for MS SQL Server 2000 (or 2005) databas
- * 2-3 years of broad technical IT experience required.
- * 2-3 years of experience as a Software Engineer, Programmer, or Developer with VB.NET and ASP.NET.
- * Wireless Telecomm functional experience a plus.
- * Experience with Siebel 6.3 eCommunications within Telecomm sector. Basic configuration, scripting knowledge within Account, Order Management is a great plus.
- * Experience administering IIS web servers.

- * Unix Korn shell and Java batch processes experience .
- * Experience with MS Window Server implementations.
