Title:  Web Designer / Developer II (IT)

Location: Alpharetta,GA

Duration: 6 months

Primary Skills:

• Photoshop illustrator

Description:

3-5 years experience in web graphic design 
Must be fluent in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Flash, and/or other graphics/user interface design software .

Responsibilities include: 

•  Participate in concept development, design iteration, and detailed specification of visual designs for user interfaces of the future and existing prototypes, demos and applications.
•  Successfully communicate conceptual ideas, design rationale and the specifics of user centered design process.

•  Create visual designs and user Interface design that address business, brand, market, and user requirements, including design and production of screen layouts, color palettes, typography, and interface elements.
•  Collaborate with software engineers, Business and Marketing executives to refine the user experience.
• Work with application developers to deliver the final product.

• Design cutting-edge websites and web based applications 
  Concept and create wireframes, graphical templates, and other graphical elements for various web based projects.
•  Ensure site design integrity and quality control consistency throughout a projects lifecycle 
  Communicate with the project team throughout all stages of design
• Manage time effectively, and work on multiple project timelines simultaneously in a demanding deadline driven environment
  Bachelors in Graphic Design or related field preferred 
   Portfolio of work required .
•  Have strong skills creating PowerPoint slide presentations in a corporate environment.
  Must have solid grasp of computer-graphics and web-design principles and good understanding of web technologies such as HTML, JavaScript, CSS, Flash etc.
• Has the ability to compose a variety of illustrative renderings, photos, multi-media that meet a defined set of graphic requirements in support of the customer. 
  Must have solid knowledge of Microsoft Office tools such as Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook etc.
• Need to have the ability to take multiple sources of input, combine them into a cohesive package, and deliver prototypes/mock-ups in a timely manner 
  Has the ability to listen keenly and adapt ideas, coming up with multiple concepts and clearly articulating the tradeoffs of each concept and getting buy-in from all stakeholders.
• Has good delivery and execution skills, and able to resolve dependencies and conflicts.  

 Desired

Provides estimates, coordinates projects and provides input to the overall general planning process for assigned business unit
