Business Analyst (Call Center background needed)
Location: Mason, OH
Duration: 6 Months
Project: Enhancing existing associate information management system (AIMS). AIMS is a desktop application (coded in C#.NET) used by client's call center associates. The BA will be working with MST users, MST Management and SPI delivery team. The ideal candidate should have experience migrating/enhancing HR related systems in retail environment.
Responsibilities:
• Meet with internal customers to define business, requirements. Identify solutions to meet business requirements
• Review and analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of existing systems and develop strategies for improving or further leveraging the applications
• Monitor / manage systems supported to ensure peak system performance and daily SLAs are met
• Prepare and deliver solutions, recommendations, or alternatives that address existing and potential trouble areas in retail systems across the organization
• Manage project activities, ensuring that timelines and budgets are achieved
Required Experience
• 5-7 year experience with the following:
o Excellent analytical, mathematical, and creative problem-solving skills
o Excellent written and oral communication skills
o Keen attention to detail
o Ability to conduct research into systems issues and products as required
o Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment to meet customer requirements
o Strong customer service orientation
