CRM PM-Business Analyst
Location: Atlanta, GA
Duration: 5 Months+
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
• Understanding of CRM/Campaign Management processes in order to act as the business analyst for a campaign management software implementation.
• Work with the marketing business to develop the scope, plan and requirements for initial phase of campaign management as well as plans for future phases.
• Write and maintain documentation describing the process and data flow as well as system requirements
• Project Management responsibilities for the campaign management workstream of the larger Customer program.
Functional/Technical Skills:
• Experience with campaign management systems in a large, complex company with a focus on targeted customer marketing.
• Ability to lead and facilitate requirements sessions and document/communicate results and decisions made.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to negotiate with vendors and business partners
• Strong project management skills, including project plan development, resource management, managing a budget of up to $1 million.
Experience:
• Three to seven years as a PM and/or Business Analyst
• Experience with implementing CRM/Campaign Management applications (e.g. Unica)
Soft Skills Needed
Good Communication Skills, ability to work unattended, self starter
Project Description/Daily Assignment
Detailed Description of Daily Assignment: Assignment will involve the requirements gathering and documentation for a CRM application, working with our business partner to define scope and address issues, manage a project plan and budget for the project.
