Release Administrator
Location: Alpharetta, GA
Duration: 3 Months +
The primary purpose for the Release Administrator role is to coordinate the receipt, apply, communication, tracking, and verification of Infinys-ICOMS releases, hypers, and patches across all environments, databases, and teams.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintain environment inventory for all Infinys/iServ-ICOMS components for all databases. Execute periodic audit reports of environments in order to validate level of programs across environments and components. Track expected deliverables for coming releases and validate their delivery and content. Coordinate receipt and communication of deliveries from Convergys. Coordinate and communicate environment changes (refreshes, tech stack changes, etc.) Coordinate Infinys-ICOMS release and hyper applies across all teams and departments. Coordinate creation, expiration, refreshing and sharing of test data bases. Assist with the implementation of Version Control tool. Validate that testing is complete for production apply. Perform approval step to promote objects to environments. Manage SDLC audit compliance for Infinys-ICOMS. Assist in trouble shooting environment issues.
