Nice Perform Call monitoring system Consultant

 

Location:        Atlanta, GA

Duration:        6 Months

 

Candidate should have two years experience with the Nice Perform Call monitoring system preferred version 3.0, in addition a solid working knowledge of Windows 2003 server, Working knowledge Microsoft SQL 2005 and Working knowledge Avaya PBX. The emphasis is on Nice Perform system and Windows 2003.

 

Must have effective written and verbal communications skills.  Ability to understand organizational dynamics and procedures. Specifically focused on attending to and communicating status of business priorities.

 

Detailed Description of Daily Assignment:   Will work with various business associates engaged in the daily care and feeding of the NICE system.  Primary duties will include ensuring all call center agents are receiving recordings; that all technical infrastructure needed to support the NICE systems are functional and monitored to alert in the event of failure.    

Detailed Description of needed deliverable: Provide a more stable and predicatable NICE operational environment for the call centers.
